Archivability - All SkyMail messages are actually recorded voice files that are stored on your SkyMail website with a log-in and password. At anytime you are able to go back and view and play your last 100 messages and their text replies. When the messages are deleted from the SkyMail system, they are sent to your email address as mp3 files for your future archivability. You may also choose to have any SkyMail that you receive stored on your computer by simply hitting the "Save sound file" after listening to your SkyMail message. You can then select any folder on your computer to save these messages to.


Forwarding - The great thing about SkyMail messages, are that they arrive as sound files in your email. Once received, they can be forwarded as an email to anyone. City can forward to county. County to state or federal. Builder to Sub-contractor. Your department to another department.

Text Messaging - SkyMail includes Office to mobile text messaging with the ability to have the SkyMail recipient simply push to reply using their voice to any text message. No longer typing replies into handsets. Now simply text out with push to reply back. A dispatcher can broadcast a text message to a group of workers to instantly notify them of an urgent matter. Recipients can non-intrusively reply with a text message from their computer.

Listen to Notification - The Listened to Notification closes the loop with the SkyMail sender. Now as soon as a SkyMail is listened to, the sender can choose to receive a text message acknowledgement that their message has been received AND listened to. Now recipients can be held accountable.

Interoperable - Voice mails are very difficult to forward. Since SkyMails are delivered as emails with links to voice files, SkyMail offers the ability to have communications listened to by anyone who can receive an email and play a sound file. No longer are companies or agencies hindered by various forms of radio communication, radio frequencies or systems. Once sent, a SkyMail can be shared and played by anyone in the world who has an email account

Easy to Deploy - SkyMail requires no IT support, there's no client to download to the phone or software to install on the customer's server. It's very easy to learn how to use since it is just another direct connect call.

Non-Intrusive Messaging - Messages arrive via email with a subject line that conveys a summary of the issue and therefore do not cause interruptions in an office environment. This means that the general contents of the audio message are understood before the message is listened to.

Prioritization - Customized Subject Lines provide the recipients with the ability to react to the more critical issues first. Lower priority issues can be stored away for future use.

Message Queuing - Inbound messages arrive with the sender’s name, a time & date stamp, and the message summary in the subject line. Messages can be sent 24x7.

Group Messaging - Sending SkyMail messages to a group of recipients simultaneously facilitates collaboration and better decision making. Groups can have up to 50 members. Once press of the button can instantly sends 50 messages.

Transcription - Transcription allows the recipient to transcribe the voice message and store it permanently or forward it via email. This keeps your professionals in the field longer, doing what they do best.

Confirmation - Users in the field can be automatically notified via text message when the recipient has listened to the message they sent.

Immediacy - Speaking an email message is faster and easier than typing a text message.

Message Management & Storage - Recipients can archive and sort messages by subject, sender, or time of receipt. Trends can be identified. Replies to messages can be sent via text message to the user’s handset; via email to user’s email address; or forwarded to another email address.

Detailed Message Content - The quality of the data reported from the field is enhanced due to the ease of use and immediacy offered by just using your voice to send a message.

Security - SkyMail numbers are unique to the sender’s phone and the recipient. The sender’s voice and name are included in the message. In the event of a dispute, messages can be retrieved and authenticated.

End User Adoption - User’s quickly adopt and frequently use SkyMail because it is easy to use and the sender knows that messages are documented (not lost).

System - The system is fully redundant and the user and administrative data is backed up in a geographically separate site. In the event of a catastrophic event a backup system is brought online.
